1. Forging: All the tools & dies are manufactured by the assistance of CNC machines so as to ensure that the forged products are in compliance with the required parameters and give a flawless and consistent performance.

2. Precision Machining: The machines our company deals in are adeptly maintained. As per our yearly servicing schedule, we maintain a regular inspection of these machines. This inspection assists us to avoid every minimal breakdown. Extreme accuracy and well maintained machines enable us to bring the extended production with optimum quality products. 3. Precision Grinding: We have a comprehensive and united precision grinding facility, which offers an expeditious changeabout in both high-volume and short-run production. All engineering works of auto parts are implemented with high accuracy and exactness. The grinding facility is furnished with modish machines, which are operated for : (i) Cylindrical Grinding (ii) Center less Grinding (iii) Surface Grinding

Stamping: Stamping is one the prominent and significant facilities at Unispares' competence, which incorporates fabrication and metal stamping providing the customers with reliable, combative and financial benefits. The stamping we offer is cost-efficient and moderate and come from a production standpoint on new and prevailed parts. It has also the capability of holding the most disparaging tolerances.

5. Slotting: The Slotting machines are for vertical metal working, horizontal metal working, universal metal-working maintenance as well as for the metal slotting potential. All slotting movements are handled by skilled workforce in order to assure the adherence to outlined specifications and demanded quality norms.

9. Surface Coating: We have advanced surface coating solutions for offering high quality and rust free components. The surface coating and its process are directed in accordance to ISO DIN or other standards. The capacity includes:
